Send us your boxing. We'll show you what you're doing wrong, what to fix first, and exactly how to train it.
Level 8 Boxing Lab gives you structured boxing training with personal video feedback, so you always know what to work on next.
$59/month • 3-month initial commitment • Limited to 25 founding members

Submit -> Diagnose -> Train -> Resubmit -> Improve
1. SUBMIT
Send a 60–90 second video showing the specific skill or problem you want help improving.
2. DIAGNOSE
I'll review your footage and identify the correction that matters most.
3. TRAIN
You'll get specific drills and a clear training focus.
4. RESUBMIT
After 10–14 days of training, send new footage showing the same skill again.
5. IMPROVE
We'll see what changed, what still needs work, and what you should focus on next.

There is more free boxing content online than anyone could ever watch.
You can find hundreds of videos showing you how to throw a jab, move your feet, generate power, build combinations, slip punches, or work a heavy bag.
But watching another video doesn't answer the question that matters most:
Am I actually doing it right?
That's the problem Level 8 Boxing Lab is built to solve.
You don't need someone to give you 20 more things to practice.
You need a coach to look at your boxing, identify what is holding you back, and tell you what to fix first.
Twice each month, I'll watch your footage and give you personal feedback with clear corrections, and a training plan built around your goals.

This Isn't Two Random Critiques. It's One Coaching Cycle.
Send your footage. I'll identify what needs to change and give you the drills to start fixing it.
Practice the correction. Use the prescribed drills. Join the live training sessions. Give your body enough repetitions to actually make a change.
Send new footage showing the same skill again. We'll look at what improved, what still needs work, and what comes next.
The goal isn't to submit as many videos as possible. The goal is to improve between submissions.

The best footage is whatever actually demonstrates the problem you're asking about.
If you want help with punching mechanics, bag work may be enough.
If you're asking why you can't land your jab during sparring, I need to see you trying to land your jab during sparring.
Street-fight footage is not accepted for coaching.
Level 8 Boxing Lab is built for training, sport, competition, personal development and lawful self-defense—not improving your ability to start or win street fights.
Level 8 Boxing Lab isn't built around prerecorded courses. Founding members get access to two live Level 8 gym sessions each week. You can train along from home using: A heavy bag, shadowboxing, pads, a training partner, light sparring, or simply watch and learn while I teach real students and make real corrections on the gym floor.
You're getting access to live training happening inside Level 8. You'll hear the corrections. You'll see the demonstrations. You'll watch students make mistakes, get coached, and try again. And sometimes you'll hear me correct the exact thing you're currently working on.
Replays stay available for 7 days. Then we move forward.

This is not a giant course library you're expected to watch from beginning to end. These are short, focused drills organized by skill and directly connected to the problems we're working on in your coaching review.
The Drill Vault helps you train it. The Vault will continue to grow as members bring new problems into the Lab.

A focused community of people serious about improving. Share progress, ask questions, and stay connected. Level 8 Boxing Lab includes access to a private member community hosted directly inside Level 8. No Facebook group. No separate Skool membership. This is part of the Level 8 training environment.
Personal video analysis still happens through the official coaching-review system.
You shouldn't join a coaching program and wonder: "What do I do first?"
Here's exactly how your first month works.
Become a founding member.
30–45 minute Boxing Lab Kickoff Call with me.
Send your first 60–90 second video for review.
Receive your detailed coaching breakdown and plan.
Spend the next 10–14 days practicing the plan. Use your prescribed drills and join the live sessions when you can.
Send new footage showing the same skill again and keep improving.
Level 8 Boxing Lab is boxing-first. Boxing gives us a strong foundation for: Stance, Movement, Distance, Timing, Defense, Combinations, and Power.
But Level 8 is a mixed martial arts school, and I don't believe good training ends with learning how to punch. Becoming a complete striker is the bigger picture.

For the Founding Boxing Lab program, the focus is boxing and stand-up striking.
Full wrestling, grappling and ground-fighting analysis are not currently included in the personal video-review membership.

Level 8 Boxing Lab is a coaching program. That means I'm agreeing to coach you—and you're agreeing to be someone I can coach. I expect members to:
Listen to feedback and be willing to make changes.
Respect scheduled coaching sessions and other people's time.
Treat coaches, students and other members appropriately.
Improvement requires repetitions.
You're going to make mistakes. That's part of learning.
Use what you're learning for positive purposes.
Do not participate in training, partner work, sparring or live sessions while high, intoxicated, or otherwise impaired in a way that makes training unsafe.
Level 8 Boxing Lab is for training, sport, fitness, competition, confidence, personal development and lawful self-defense. It is NOT for people looking to intimidate others, start street fights, or intentionally hurt people.
Level 8 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue coaching when a member's behavior, attitude, intentions, or conduct do not meet these standards. If Level 8 ends the coaching relationship, future recurring payments will stop.
I'm opening Level 8 Boxing Lab to the first 25 founding members. I want to keep the first group small. That gives me time to coach people properly, see how members use the program, learn what works, identify what needs improvement, and continue building the Lab around what actually helps people get better.
$177 total, billed as three monthly payments of $59.

As long as your Founding Membership stays continuously active, your rate remains $59/month.
Limited to 25 founding memberships.
One month gives us enough time to identify a problem and begin correcting it. Three months gives us enough time to repeat the process: Submit → Diagnose → Train → Resubmit → Improve again and again. You're not buying access to another content library. You're committing to a coaching process. After your initial three months, your membership continues month-to-month at your founding rate while continuously active.
Join Boxing Lab and look around. If you decide it isn't right for you before your Kickoff Call or your first personal coaching submission, contact us and we'll refund your payment.
Once personal coaching begins, your three-month coaching commitment begins and payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
Do I need to already know how to box?
No.
Level 8 Boxing Lab can work for beginners as well as people who already train.
What matters is that you're coachable, willing to practice, and serious about improving.
We start with where you are now.
Is Level 8 Boxing Lab only for boxing?
No—but boxing is the primary focus.
Boxing gives us a strong foundation for stance, movement, distance, timing, defense, combinations and power.
Level 8 is a mixed martial arts school, so I don't believe good training ends with learning how to punch.
When it supports your goals, your coaching can also include kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA striking.
For the Founding Boxing Lab program, the focus is boxing and stand-up striking.
Full grappling, wrestling and ground-fighting analysis are not currently included in the personal video-review membership.
Do I have to spar?
No.
You do not have to spar to participate.
If your goal involves improving sparring, timing, distance, defense or applying skills against another person, sparring footage gives me information that bag work can't.
But sparring is not a membership requirement.
Do I need a heavy bag?
No.
You can train through shadowboxing, bag work, pads, partner drills, or a combination of them.
We'll talk about what you have available during your Kickoff Call.
Do I need a training partner?
No.
A partner gives us additional ways to work on timing, distance and defense, but you can still benefit from Boxing Lab without one.
How many personal reviews do I receive?
Founding members receive 2 personal coaching reviews per billing month.
The reviews are designed to work together.
The first identifies the problem.
Then you train.
The second lets us see the change.
How long should I wait before resubmitting?
I recommend approximately 10–14 days.
Real improvement takes repetitions.
The goal is not to submit as many videos as possible.
The goal is to improve between submissions.
Do unused reviews roll over?
No.
Your two reviews are available during that billing month and do not accumulate.
How quickly will I receive my review?
Personal coaching feedback will normally be delivered within 3 business days after receiving usable footage.
If I can't clearly see what you're asking about, I may ask you to submit a better clip before beginning the review.
What if I don't understand the feedback?
Each coaching review includes one clarification question.
If something isn't clear, ask.
You should always understand what I want you working on next.
What happens if I can't attend the live sessions?
Replays remain available for approximately 7 days.
Can I submit street-fight footage?
No.
Street-fight footage is not accepted for coaching.
Training footage, sparring and legitimate competition footage are allowed.
Can I post videos in the community for additional coaching?
You can post, discuss training, share progress and participate with the community.
But personal video analysis goes through the official coaching-review system and counts toward your two monthly reviews.
Can I message you anytime with training questions?
Boxing Lab does not include unlimited private access to me.
Personal coaching happens through your two monthly reviews.
Each review includes one clarification question, and broader training discussion can happen inside the community.
Why is there a 3-month commitment?
Because this is coaching, not a one-time video critique.
Improvement requires time to identify problems, practice corrections, resubmit footage and repeat the process.
Can I cancel?
You may cancel future renewal at any time.
During your initial three-month commitment, the remaining monthly payments are still due.
After the first three months, membership continues month-to-month and may be canceled before your next billing date.
Can Level 8 end my membership?
Yes.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue coaching when someone does not meet Level 8 coaching standards.
That includes being coachable, respectful, willing to work, following safety instructions, training responsibly and not participating while impaired.
If Level 8 ends the coaching relationship, future recurring payments stop.

Direct coaching. Real feedback. A clear answer to what you should work on next.
